Apach Industrial Co., Ltd (the “Company”) has recently been brought to the attention of those unauthorized parties that produce products bearing physical resemblance that is indistinguishable from those produced by the Company with the intent to mislead consumers by claiming as the legitimate OEM of the Company’s ‘APACH’ branded products (the “Products”). In fact, the aforementioned parties are counterfeiting the Products and causing irreparable damage to the sales channels by selling those counterfeit Products online.

Since its inception, the Company has invested and protected its image and reputation to its best ability. In order to protect the rights and interests of the Company and, more importantly, the consumers worldwide, the Company is hereby stating that it has not authorized any third-party OEM to manufacture the Products. Having mentioned the above, we’d like to urge utmost vigilance when purchasing the Products, especially from third-party sources. We will pursue legal actions against parties responsible for damages to the Company’s image and reputation.
